Do you charge a commission per customer or per sale?
No. Customers message you directly on WhatsApp, and everything you sell is entirely yours.
Do I need a website or Instagram?
No. Your listing works as your own page in Jerez. If you have them, we link to them.
Is this advertising?
Paid items are always marked: businesses in the Featured plan have the Featured label and mentions from the Distinguished plan have the Sponsored label, so that the reader trusts the app. That confidence also benefits you.
Who takes the photos?
We do, during the visit. If you have photos of your business that you like, we use those too.
What if my business isn't a bar or a shop?
There's room for it too: workshops, classes, accommodation, artisans and activities for kids. If people in Jerez look for it, it has a place here.
Can I change my details or my news?
Yes, whenever you like. Write to us and we update it the same day.
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added to each price, and you always get an invoice.
How do I cancel?
Featured and Distinguished have a minimum 6-month plan. Then they continue month by month, and you unsubscribe with a message.
How do I know that the app brings me clients?
With Featured coupons. You create the offer in your dashboard, each person who claims it gets their own code with a QR, shows it at your place and you mark it as redeemed. Every redemption is a customer who came through the app, and you see it in your report.

Is it tax-deductible?
Yes. You get an invoice with VAT in your business's name, so you can declare it as an expense if you are self-employed or a company.
